Flat Shipping Rate for All Freshield Items 

Getting your order to you safely and on time is very important. For  this reason we use a door to door courier 
service for all Australian deliveries. P.O. boxes and some remote location will be sent via Australia post.

The order process is listed below.

• Your order is submitted online via our website
   
• Choose the applicable delivery for your location
   
• An email notification will be sent once your order is placed
   
• Your order and delivery method is confirmed 

• If you need to track your item please contact us for the tracking number
   
• We cannot ship oversized items to P. O. Box. For example: Genysis Canister Set and VacMaster machines 

• International freight charge will not display from our website, so our dispatch department staff will be email you a quote for the extra freight charge 

• Please select a correct zone and postcode to get the freight cost when you ordering VacMaster machine. (Free postage and handling fee if the freight arranged by customer side.)
